Information we collect
Today, the product collects exactly this, and nothing more:
- The customer's name, phone number, and email address, submitted with a booking request.
- Pickup and dropoff locations, entered as free text by the customer.
- A driver's profile, phone number, and the notification channels they connect, such as Telegram or email.
- A single session cookie that keeps a signed-in driver logged in. Customers booking a driver do not receive one.
How we use it
This information is used to create and manage bookings, and to notify a driver when one comes in. None of it is used for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. A driver's chosen notification channel, such as Telegram, receives what it needs to deliver that notification.
Retention
This draft does not yet say how long each kind of data is kept. The reviewed policy must state it.
Your rights
This draft does not yet describe how to request or delete your data. Contact support in the meantime — the reviewed policy must set out a real process.
Children's privacy
This service is not directed at children, though this draft does not yet set an age limit or check one.
